Our Barrel Sauna (180cm x 180cm) is the perfect luxury addition to your backyard space. Constructed with high quality Canadian red cedar, you will have an authentic sauna experience that is the ultimate in relaxation at the end of a long day or gym session.

Saunas are well-known for their health benefits - relaxing muscles, revitalising skin, improving cardiovascular health and promoting weight loss. Not to mention de-stressing and unwinding - all in your own backyard.

Our saunas heat quickly— to around 90 degrees celsius within 15-20 minutes. Have it warming up while you’re doing your workout, putting away groceries or changing into sauna gear and it will be ready for you to enjoy. Running costs are very minimal, around $1.00 or less per hour of use. The traditional barrel design is very efficient!

Some sauna benefits are - Relaxation, better sleep quality, detoxification, muscle recovery, improved mobility, better skil quality, weight loss, and reduced inflammation.
